Well friends, things are moving along fast on the HOME farm... (still looking for a spanish name, if you can think of one)... We have a full time construction crew building the first temple and bungalo... we are training 5 teenage boys from the village under 3 carpenters and one gringo bamboo master builder, to build with Bamboo... so the crew is pumping... Benji is the worlds happiest tree planter, training his crew of 4 men from ages 12 to 60 to plant trees, plants, flowers and anyting that will grow... he is also in love with the 4 wheeler! He and a local, loco gringo are romping the back roads and loving it... He used to make fun of me when I first got the thing, but i know I will be fighting him for it when I get back from my summer vacation away from Heaven... So the farm is looking sharp and we will be a village before we know it... we are still totally open to people comming to be pillar community members to create HOME in the best way we can... So if you feel the call, please contact me and come for a visit... I suggest a month visit if you are serious, cuz our dynamic is deep and hard to get a handle on through the internet or just a short trip...

There is a new focus happining in our vision of who we want to be... and that vision comes from a few amazing single mothers that have come through and blessed our house and hearts with their love and nurishment... Single mothers have a pressure placed on them so constantly, pressure to be organized, patient, loving and many other qualities that we are all aspiring to bring about in oursleves and the world... Well we at the HOME farm have recognized the stress of this role of being a single parent with no substantial community to support them, and feel the oppertunity to be this support community... we have decided to make this project our focus once our basic infastructure needs are taken care of... as it sits now, we will be building infastructure, housing, gardens, etc for the use of the single parents at a minimal cost... we will have long term residence/parents who are will run the project... The idea is to provide a safe loving space for single parents who are having a rough time in the "real world"... and to train them in the skills nessassary to fufill there roles as parents while providing a loving spiritual community to nurish all of us... And when space is needed for a new parent to arive, we will ask the most ready to leave parent, with love, to leave... we cannot provide space for all forever, but we can provide space for many to take refuge and gain the strength and skills to move forward in the world...

We are also still holding the vision for a yoga-dance-permaculture retreat center to provide education-liberation-sustanace for our community, and our guests...
